NoSoak ("NoSoak," "we," "us," or "our") runs nosoak.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, sign up for our emails, or contact us, we collect things like your name, salon or business name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we receive some information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, time zone, and some of the cookies on your device. As you browse we also collect information about the pages you view, the products you look at, and how you interact with the Site.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, including payment, shipping, order confirmations, and receipts
- To run your Subscribe & Save subscription if you have one, including renewal charges and reminder emails
- To answer your questions and handle returns
- To send marketing emails if you opted in. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email
- To send order updates by text message if you opted in at checkout
- To screen orders for fraud
- To understand how people use the Site so we can improve it
Payments
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers, including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments. We never see or store your full card number. Payment data is encrypted in transit and handled under PCI-DSS standards.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that help us run the business, and only for the reasons above:
- Shopify, which powers the store, checkout, and customer accounts. Shopify's privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Purchase option apps that run our bundle pricing and Subscribe & Save subscriptions inside Shopify.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your orders.
- Email and text providers, to send order notifications and, if you opted in, marketing messages.
- Analytics and advertising services, such as Google and Meta, to understand Site traffic and show relevant ads.
We may also share information to comply with the law, respond to a subpoena or other lawful request, or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
Advertising
We may use information about your visits to show you NoSoak ads on other platforms. You can opt out of interest-based ads in your browser and ad platform settings, including at optout.networkadvertising.org.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses. Email support@nosoak.com and we will respond as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for our records until you ask us to delete it, or as long as tax, accounting, and legal rules require.
Children
The Site is meant for salon professionals and adult buyers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. Updates are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
