Welcome to nosoak.com (the "Site"), run by NoSoak ("NoSoak," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to browse and buy NoSoak products for lawful purposes. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order and to keep your account details current. You must be at least 18 to buy from us.

Our product

NoSoak Bibs are single-use, waterproof bibs made for professional hair stylists to keep clients dry and their clothes free of water and color. They are meant to be used once and thrown away. They are not a medical device and are not for use on children or for any purpose other than protecting a client during a salon service. The adhesive tab is designed for clothing and skin at the neck; if a client has a known adhesive sensitivity, apply the bib over the collar. Product photos and descriptions are for information. It is up to the stylist to judge whether the product suits a given client and service.

Prices and availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. We try to keep everything accurate, but a product may occasionally be mispriced, described incorrectly, or out of stock. We may correct errors and cancel and refund any order placed at a wrong price.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or limit any order, including orders that look like resale or fraud. Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we say so.

Shipping

Rates, delivery estimates, and where we ship are in our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.

Guarantee, returns, and refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, described in our refund policy.

Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, your payment method is charged automatically on the schedule you pick (every 1, 2, or 3 months) until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment. The full terms, including how to skip, pause, or cancel, are in our subscription policy.

Salon and wholesale pricing

Salon and wholesale pricing is arranged by email and may come with its own written terms. Where those terms conflict with these, the written terms win.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo, or testimonial, you give us permission to use it on the Site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial, and to edit it for length. You confirm it is yours and true. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Intellectual property

Everything on the Site, including text, photos, video, logos, the NoSoak name, and product designs, belongs to NoSoak or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

Except for the guarantee in our refund policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, unless the law says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here, and changes take effect when posted. Using the Site after that means you accept the new terms.
