Cancellation policy

NoSoak Bibs are available with Subscribe & Save, a recurring delivery option. This policy explains how it works and how to change or cancel it. One-time purchases are not subscriptions and are not affected.

How Subscribe & Save works

  • When you pick Subscribe & Save on the product page, you choose how often your box ships: every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
  • You pay the subscription price shown on the product page, which includes the subscription discount, plus shipping and any tax. Bundle discounts on multiple boxes still apply.
  • Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each delivery cycle.
  • Each renewal ships to the address on your subscription and follows our shipping policy.
  • We email you before and after each renewal, so charges are never a surprise.

Cancel anytime

There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can cancel any time:

  • Use the "manage subscription" link in any of your subscription emails, or
  • Log in to your account on nosoak.com and manage your subscription there, or
  • Email support@nosoak.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops all future charges and deliveries. If a renewal has already been charged when you cancel, that box still ships, and it is covered by our normal refund policy, including the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Skip, pause, or change instead

You do not have to cancel to make a change. At any time you can skip your next delivery, pause and resume later, or change your delivery frequency, box size, quantity, shipping address, or payment method. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that renewal.

Renewal pricing

Your subscription renews at the then-current subscription price. If that price is going to change, we email you before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, we let you know and retry. If it keeps failing, the subscription may be paused or cancelled and no box ships for that cycle.

Subscription boxes are covered by the same 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee as one-time orders. See our refund policy.
